So which is it!
They're not mutually exclusive. One of the most common immediate causes of death of people with lung cancer is pneumonia. The cancer trashes the lung, allowing the pneumonia to take hold.
Pneumonia is pretty common in people with lung cancer. Fluid builds up in the later stages and bacteria grows.
Indeed, she was apparently diagnosed with early lung cancer some years ago.
Interesting that she was all for banning guns but not banning cigarettes -- which are definitely not protected by the Constitution.
