Don't be mean, people: don't act like lefties. Just ask her if she's sorry about the way she baited and framed the Memories Pizza Shop people. Sorry about the way she made them the focus of a horrifying hatestorm that threatened their livelihood and their lives.
Or, perhaps, sorry that they now have a tidy $500,000 from "normal people" around the USA!

Dear Alyssa,
I wish you well. I think you, as a person of good will and good intentions, may have been disturbed by the outcome of your recent interview with the Memories Pizza people.
You realize that now it looks like you baited and framed Crystal O'Connor. She's an honest, hardworking woman who has not thought harm, spoken harm or done harm to gay people in all her young life: that should be enough to acquit her of the charge of being a "hater", shouldn't it? But she did admit that she would decline to cater to a gay wedding, because it would violate her sense of integrity to participate in something she believes to be wrong.
She stands by her own integrity, her freedom to just stand by quietly and not participate. Is that a problem?
Are you sorry that, in effect, you made Crystal and her co-workers the focus of a pounding, nonstop, horrifying hatestorm that threatened their livelihood and their lives?
Alyssa, I assume you are decent, live-and-let-live sort of person, and may at this point be appalled by all the multiplex malice set loose by your interview.
Apologies may be in order to Crystal and her crew. I'm just asking you to think about it.
Sincerely,
