I found this on the GoFundMe site :

Donations made to a GoFundMe Personal campaign are generally considered to be personal gifts and are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. You can always check with a tax professional to be sure. Only donations made to a GoFundMe Certified Charity campaign are guaranteed to be tax-deductible.

You can bet the IRS will find a away to get their share. However, I would fight it and claim I had 6000 people give me money and none of the gifts were more than $14K so it should be tax free IMHO

how about a yearly club donations?

for every donation above $x, you will receive a 1 yr membership to the club, which gives you access to members only software packages
