Thanks. The list may change slightly each election but your list points out
the election is won by whom can carry enough of the swing state vote. With
a non-incumbent the mix may vary a bit. We’ll see.
There’s plenty of ‘ifs’. It needs to be a wave election. Just targeting Florida Jews or putting Kasich on the ticket to swing Ohio won’t help much.
Running a liberal to attract ‘swing’ voters is a failed strategy. Conservatives did not stay home in statistically significant numbers; the lib GOP candidate has not attracted the voters targeted by Rove, et al.
