Well, a liberal can argue that you can AFFORD to do that because you are the MAJORITY in this country. You have more choices as to where to do business because you are of the PRIVILEGED class.
They will then USE the constitution ( I know, I know, they use it selectively ) to say that the it protects minorities (e.g. gays) who might be discriminated upon by the majority.
Are you aware of the term, the term “White Privilege”? Well, it’s used all over our elite colleges.
It has nothing to do with majority or privileged (although I know they would argue the opposite).
I just would not want to do business with anyone who has an axe to grind against me. The only reason some protestors do not get poisoned or worse is because the proprietors are Christians or have been raised in a Christ centered culture. Try forcing people in other countries or cultures to serve you food under duress.
