Good old “ditch weed”
I understand.
It could also have a negative effect on the weed that is grown for marijuana, so I wonder (1) if this could cause the growers of pot to grow indoors & (2) if the Drug Warriors might use legal hemp as a way to weaken the stoner weed & make the job of the stoner weed growers more difficult, & that’s why the vote in favor was as lop-sided as it was, possibly?. Just curious.
But regardless of whether or not this might cause stoner weed growers to take more precautions to protect their high-THC crops, this is still a positive sign: not only for all marijuana growers (of both stoner & ditch weed), but also for the 10th Amendment....& THAT is something that I really love about this entire story. Watching the States tell the Feds to butt-out is an awesome but rare event.
