Are you sure about that? I thought ND is one of the leading States for barley growing & other crops. The Missouri & other Rivers provide plenty of H2O for growing.
Sarcasm, ND Red River Valley has the best soil in the world. One of its World’s Fair exhibits was 3X3 25 feet high. Hemp will grow there fine, there’s plenty of volunteer ditch weed.
