RE: I would say this is not a black and white.
Here’s what I want to know...
Of the 93% of black voters who vote for Democrats, how many percent of them:
1) Are welfare (whatever form ) recipients
2) Identify themselves as Christians.
Of the 40% of Whites who voted for Obama ( Romney won 60-30 in 2012 ), how many percent of them:
1) Are welfare (whatever form ) recipients
2) Identify themselves as Christians.
Let’s see those numbers and we’ll see how many percent of so called “Christians” (regardless of race) really put their votes to where their stated beliefs are.
I saw more Mama’s for Obama stickers on cars with white occupants. That all being said, most of the areas I have been in are primarily white. I can say, I have met some profoundly devout people of all colors.
The new Pope has said some ,things which I cannot square with his “Humane Vitae” quote.
I think think the Left wants to engage everyone in black vs. white, straight vs gay, poor vs rich. Why don’t we just talk about the ruling class and how to fix all of this divisive rhetoric. I am not taking the bait of black vs white. Many who attend church may not be saved. I know I attended church many years before my heart was changed. Perhaps, that is the true problem and no one wants to talk about it because you can’t just throw money at it.
How many of that 40 per cent were also white women vs men...probably 80-20?!
