RE: A no gays sign would be wrong but, forcing someone to celebrate a union between peter and paul violates the 1st amendment.
So, which is it on this bill?
According to this article, Indiana’s Senate Pro Tem and the Speaker of the House held a joint news conference admitting that “No Gays allowed” signs would be permitted in areas within Indiana.
If so, this doesn’t look like it is limited to an attempt to defend a Christian from celebrating a gay wedding.
And I think if someone put up a “No Gays Allowed” they are an ass.
Then again, if you come into an establishment for the sole purpose of acting out your proclivities, you to are an ass.
