The language of the new bill doesn’t matter. By admitting they need to clarify the law, they admit the law is about discrimination. And this type of caving every time some hypersensitive whiner claims offense is exactly why so many people are led to believe Republicans are intollerant.

The legislature is not obligate to act on Pence's order. Let's hope that they retain a little sanity that Pence has completely lost.
