Just how much happiness and joy could ANYONE find in Libya???? Gitmo would have offered soccer, recreation, 3 meals a day, visitation, T.V. medical care, whatever.....

I think he enjoyed hero status. Not as much fun to most as perhaps the lovely Cuban playground @ Gitmo, but satisfying, apparently, to him.

The Brit doctor that wrote the report leading to his arrest should be ashamed, and perhaps hung from the rafters. I cannot imagine, for instance, how the parents of those murdered Syracuse students had to feel when they heard he’d been released. I might have thought of something to land *me* in jail.
