That’s it. You’re being governed by the idiots in LA, SF, SD, Etc. You should make your own state.

In fact, people in 20 NorCal counties are seriously
working on such a plan and they are using West Virginia
as the model. Why? Because those counties (including
my own county) have a total of 3 state senators in the
state legislature while LA, itself, has 11. Representative
government? We think NOT! In truth, I believe that if we
could carve out our own state (the state of Jefferson)
it would be one of ten most conservative states in the
Union. It would be an agricultural, logging, and tourism
based economy and we would continue to send our water to
California. So far the supervisors of 6 counties have
voted to support such a plan. Meetings and townhall
gatherings have taken place and many more are planned.
It would be nice to have our FR friends give us a little
support instead of lumping all Californians into the same
liberal pile.
