The Constitution doesn’t specify one way or the other, so I assume that one can be. If someone commits the acts that the Constitution describes in its definition of treason, I don’t see why it would be an issue.

has lied about upholding the Constitution and our laws (in his oath of office)
and doing what is best for the American people and America.

everyone is shaking in their booties waiting for someone, anyone, to restore
our Republic.
