n the grand scheme of things, a few hundred people joining up with Islamic State forces is not a big deal, economist Robert Reich said Friday evening on Comedy Centrals The Nightly Show.
Weve covered it during the headline of all these westerners joining ISIS. I dont understand that, host Larry Wilmore said to his panel. You know, we have the teen girls and all this. Why are people trying to join ISIS? Whats going on?
And Reichs explanation:
I think that there are not that many trying to join ISIS and you say all these European, all these Americans. Out of 600 million Europeans and Americans youve got, what, 400, 800 trying to join ISIS? This is not a big deal. The press is making it a big deal and the more we talk about it, the more people are gonna go.
That prompted Wilmore to ask the former Clinton advisor: Well, you dont think ISIS is a big deal?
Reich clarified that the Islamic State itself is a big deal but that the actual number of recruits from the West especially American ex-military recruits is overblown by media outlets.
But what about servicemen? What about people in the military? Wilmore asked in response, regardless of how few actual cases there are. If youre in the military, whats making you join ISIS? I dont understand what that is.

...but a few ex-soldier, gun-loving, bible-clinging Christians seem to be a biiiiiig problem to Homeland Security; supposedly, the biggest security threat the country faces?
JUst saying.
IMHO
A better response,
Advisor: “A strike force of the Imperial Japanese Navy is approaching Pearl Harbor!”
Robert Reich: Look, Da plane! Da plane!
And no one protested the dwarf tossing ban more than dwarves who were suddenly deprived of the livelihood for which they were uniquely qualified.
Liberals much taller than Reich have equally nutty views.
As for the Imperial Japanese strike force approaching Pearl Harbor being no big deal, Reich would probably observe that our hostile response to the attack was based solely on racism.
But it’s true, the old Clinton crowd is coming out of the woodwork. especially Lanny Davis of the oily grin.
From what I understand almost all of the ISIS lovers are from Mideast families living in the US with a sprinkling blacks who converted to Islam in prison. Is that correct??
Ok, Bobby, what if one of them kills just one other innocent person?
What if half of them kills another innocent person?
What is one tenth of them kills another innocent person.
You stupid little c**ksucker.

Clintonistas would lie to their own Grandmothers if it meant protecting BJ/Hillary!.
As my granddad used to say: too short to kick and too slimy to step on
“I think hes coming up a little short, here.”
See my tag line.
“So short he doesnt cast a shadow.”
Hmm...Game of Thrones must be done filming. He seems younger and better looking on that show.
Does someone like Jeff Dunham control Robert’s mouth?
A lot of things go over his head.
LOL
One gun death is too many, so we need to ban all guns.
Hundreds of murderous terrorists are no big deal..... so we need to ban all guns.
Reich is a bigger boob than George Stepinawfulstuff.
I’ve been a small groups with both of them. They are not bright. They get by on mere appearance and “smoke and mirrors.” I don’t know how to explain it exactly. They have good memories and can articulate the usual talking points with what appears to be understanding. But, once off script, “they are not quick” is the best way to describe it. In person it is disconcerting, actually.
Oldplayer
.
They’ve been programmed.
.
Reich hasn’t been told the ISIS hates dwarves.
That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
Nineteen people joined al-Qaeda. Was what they did a big deal?
Theyve been programmed.
Stepford Clintonistas?
I’m sure if ISIS tried to be-head the little runt, he would consider it a “big deal.”
