We should all feel shame over this.
Our forefathers would have taken that teacher and beaten his ass, tarred and feathered him and run him out of town on a rail.
Then feminism and legalism took hold of our culture.
Now we let lawyers and estrogen solve our problems.
I don’t see too many problems like these being “solved,” ie. resolved in favor of the liberties of the individual.
Welcome to Marxist hell. Now home school the kid.
Educators have again proven that as a whole they are dumber then the average box of rocks. They can’t educate but they can sure pick on the kids they are “SUPPOSED” to be teaching. A-holes all and before I get some flame for that statement there had better be some proof that the statement is wrong. Educations levels drop every year but because we keep lowering standards so the “educators” say they are getting better, HA!
And now we have Common Core. Wow that ought to improve things. NOT
Should have worn a Muzzie beard. That would be acceptable.
Why is this principal even allowed near children? This is child abuse of the worst kind!
Any boys with long below the shoulder hair in the school? That’s also distracting.
This article is nothing but an inflammatory distraction from real issues. The school has a policy against “Mohawks” or “extreme haircuts” which is probably going to be rethought now. It was never meant to be a slight against the military. The worship director at our church has a Mohawk type of haircut which I personally find to be distracting, but he seems to think that it helps him look “cool” and attract more youth participation.
Sounds like this principal needs a “header”.
She DID have a choice - a combination of choices.
HOMEschool while suing the cretins
the story doesn’t mention what the problem with a high and tight haircut would be
vid of original haircut....

It boggles the mind to ponder the fishbowl world these
public school administrators reside in. What on earth
would cause this particular administrator to think she/he
could create a shitstorm without having to deal with a
tremendous blowback? And, what other idiotic things has
this principal done in the name of education?
This from the home state of Daniel Boone, Alvin York and Andy Jackson.
Sadly, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, all have our crummy liberals and many are in our schools. Running our schools. This is probably a paragraph in that core teaching crap program that requires watching out for this.
I saw this on the news. It’s pretty damn disgusting. IMHO, the time has come for us to start “piss testing” ALL teachers and school officials for drug usage on a daily basis. They should also have to undergo psychiatric evaluations once a year. If these clowns were pilots, they’d be flying people into the sides of mountains.
Back in the late 50s and early 60s, half the kids in school had this haircut.
I can’t believe this from a school named after a posthumous Medal of Honor recipient. Whoever made this decision and enforced it should lose their job.
Bobby Ray Memorial Elementary is a K-5 school located in McMinnville, TN.
DAVID ROBERT RAY, Hospital Corpsman Second Class, United States Navy
Citation: For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while serving as a HM2 with Battery D, 2d Battalion, at Phu Loc 6, near An Hoa. During the early morning hours, an estimated battalion_sized enemy force launched a determined assault against the battery’s position, and succeeded in effecting a penetration of the barbed_wire perimeter. The initial burst of enemy fire caused numerous casualties among the Marines who had immediately manned their howitzers during the rocket and mortar attack. Undaunted by the intense hostile fire, HM2 Ray moved from parapet to parapet, rendering emergency medical treatment to the wounded. Although seriously wounded himself while administering first aid to a Marine casualty, he refused medical aid and continued his lifesaving efforts. While he was bandaging and attempting to comfort another wounded Marine, HM2 Ray was forced to battle 2 enemy soldiers who attacked his position, personally killing 1 and wounding the other. Rapidly losing his strength as a result of his severe wounds, he nonetheless managed to move through the hail of enemy fire to other casualties. Once again, he was faced with the intense fire of oncoming enemy troops and, despite the grave personal danger and insurmountable odds, succeeded in treating the wounded and holding off the enemy until he ran out of ammunition, at which time he sustained fatal wounds. HM2 Ray’s final act of heroism was to protect the patient he was treating. He threw himself upon the wounded Marine, thus saving the man’s life when an enemy grenade exploded nearby. By his determined and persevering actions, courageous spirit, and selfless devotion to the welfare of his Marine comrades, HM2 Ray served to inspire the men of Battery D to heroic efforts in defeating the enemy. His conduct throughout was in keeping with the finest traditions of the U.S. Naval Service.
“....petty despotism of the public school system.”
.
Says it all.
Suspend this “principal” from a tall oak tree..
