A People's Grand Jury only sounds like a Cultural Revolution show trial, but having to do a "tenner" in the Gulag would only be poetic justice for Mrs. Clinton.

Seriously, though. After the same brought "Dr." Gosnell to the bar of justice in Pennsylvania (and should perhaps have brought Tom Ridge to the fore to answer certain inquiries), the power of ad hoc Grand Juries, at least in Pennsylvania, has been remarkably proven.
