The airline is going to pay a lot for screwing this up big time.

It seems they knew far more than they originally let on.

That was my first thought also.

Random drug test reports are sent to employers, and I would have expected the airlines to have a policy of being notified about a changed condition in a person's medical health whether physical of mental, or if he had been arrested, and why.

Looks like more regulations coming for the airlines. -Tom

Here such notification would be a HIPPA violation.
