The Governors should call out and declare the National Guard of the State a part of the Militia. And then the President can piss off. WHO CARES IF IT"S CONSTITUTIONAL? Obama doesn't give a rats A$$ when he does it.

In the 1957 incident at Little Rock, Ike federalized the Arkansas National Guard and sent in the 101st Airborne with bayonets fixed. Those bayonets were aimed at the backs of the Arkansas National Guard in case they defied the Commander-in-Chief. and at the white citizens of Little Rock in case they raised their hands in defiance of the federal government. Had there been any defiance of the President's orders that day, there would have been a bloodbath.
