That struck me too as well. The staffer was so deferential to her, a white guy too. Why he didn’t just say, gimme the keys, I’ll pfix it is beyond me. He acted completely oblivious to the situation as if he dare not even acknowledge the obvious in your face screw-up.
If he dared to even imply even the slightest degree of incompetence on her part, he would have been fired immediately.
After a screaming tirade, and accusations of racial and sexual harassment.
