Here is the transcript of what he said:
________________________________________________
Two guys break into an atheists home.
He has a little atheist wife and two little atheist daughters.
Two guys break into his home and tie him up in a chair and gag him, and then they take his daughters in front of him and rape both of them and shoot em.
And they take his wife and decapitate her head off in front of him.
And then they look at him and say, Isnt it great that I dont have to worry about being judged? Isnt it great that theres nothing wrong with this? Theres no right or wrong, now is it dude?
And then you take a sharp knife and take his manhood and hold it in front of him and say, Wouldnt it be something if this [sic] was something wrong with this?
But youre the one that says theres no God, theres no right, theres no wrong, so were just having fun.
Were sick in the head. Have a nice day.
If it happened to them, they would probably say, Something about this just aint right.

Speaking at the Vero Beach Prayer Breakfast, which was later rebroadcast on TruNews, Robertson seemed to be addressing the question of whether atheists, because they dont believe in God, are unable to distinguish between good and evil acts.
