It would not surprise me if Obama used his pen and makes that change before he leaves office.

Anyone know the process to make a change like that; not that Obama would actually follow the law.

Well, I looked up the process of making this type of change to the currency and apparently the decision rest with the Secretary Of Treasury and does not require congressional approval. So you can bet this is going to happen before Obama leaves office....
