Throughout my years as an educator, I have learned many things including the fact that while the outside may be different, all children are the same.

Everything is the same, if you take it to a high enough level. For example, all children are "the same" in that they are under 21 years old. (Surely that's a safe statement for elementary schoolers ...).

At least they're all carbon-based life forms.
