It’s no secret that I have not been impressed with him and didn’t jump on the bandwagon. IMO Scott Walker is the fallback guy for Jebbie failing to launch. Another middle of the road GOPe candidate. He has made similar immigration comments in the past. I said Walker had to show me the money and he just has not.

Seriously, some delegation needs to go to Walker, like the delegation from the Hill to Nixon, and just inform him quietly that it’s over.
Citizenship if they register and prove who they are, go to the back of the line behind all legal immigrants, pay a fine and forfeit and Social Security earnings they may have paid in while illegal and have no right to vote for 20 years. I’d also add that any conviction of a felony prior to being granted citizenship means instant deportation for them AND their family. For illegals who do not register I would advocate detention in camps in remote areas with only the basics of food, shelter and medical care where they will be held prior to their deportation.
This is not good. Three people have corroborated to the WSJ that Scott Walker is flip-flopping on a path to citizenship for illegals, denouncing it publicly but supporting it at a private dinner. Least Jeb was out in the open. I like Scott Walker but this isn’t going to go over very well if it’s true.
If Scott Walker is pandering publicly to us in the ‘no amnesty’ crowd and telling the truth to private donors, then he’ll pretty much guarantee that I won’t be able to support him.

If a journalist were to report that three anonymous sources claim the sky is blue, I’d go look for myself. That’s how little I trust journalists and their anonymous sources.

Besides, I lived in Milwaukee county during the pension scandal. Scott Walker got in as county exec because of some corrupt Democrats. I watched him battle the county board every year he was there, until he got elected Governor.
And then I watched him battle the WI democrat party and the teachers unions.
To all those claiming that Scott Walker is squishy, or a RINO, or a sell-out, or pro-amnesty, or GOPe, I am telling you that you don’t know Scott Walker.
