Egypt has 22 C-130's, plus civilian transports available. Saudi has 30 C-130's plus numerous other transports. They can lift a lot of ground troops from Egypt to south Saudi pretty quickly, distance is not all that far, (500-600 miles).
Moving armor and heavy equipment would be slower, but maybe not so necessary.
When I went to my FOB in February of 2003 it was a Saudi C-130 that flew me there. 6 hours over an ocean of sand.
There are plenty of M1 tanks in Saudi and Egypt that are backed up by US maintenance teams. They will be able to run if they can find drivers. Saudi Armored units are well armed and have plenty of manpower, but they are lacking infantry because it is low status work. Also, the Saudis has lots of lowboys to haul tanks to the front lines, they have been doing it since 1991.
Tks for info
