If a pilot is the culprit, nothing can prevent a suicide crash. On the other hand, keep the FA out of the cockpit by requiring the pilots to wear Depends Diapers. No more visits to the bathroom by pilots until the plane lands. A transfer door/box can be used to pass food and refreshments into the cockpit.
Now that is a messy proposition! HAHA!
