If you don’t like your job, quit. Otherwise shut up about it.

That’s an odd response. Clearly he is prepared to quit, or be fired, else he wouldn’t have done this. Thus, this is a pretty gutsy stand on his part. Might awaken the HD suits to the fact that this feeling is probably shared by a LOT of associates.

I believe he does like his job. It is the activism being forced upon him by his employer that he does not like. Nor should he. No employee should be forced to promote something that they are fundamentally opposed to. It is not the place of an employer to force politics upon their employees, quite illegal.

From a purely purist perspective, correct.

However, using their own petard to hoist them by is appropriate and every opportunity to do so needs to be taken.

They promote that sham called “diversity” and “inclusion”...well then, it’s time they learn the true definition of it.

PC be damned...

“Quit” is the proper attitude to have, but I’m no longer sure it’s the “right” one.

For the last several decades Progressives have been advancing their agenda by deliberately creating situations that allow them to run to the courts. Its called “lawfare”. Getting jobs with companies to create situations that justify discrimination suits is one example. Seeking services (such as trying to buy wedding cakes from Christian bakers) that justify such suits is another.

Saying “just quit” cedes the political field to the other side. We need to start fighting them using their own tactics, if only to discourage the use of those tactics.

In this case the guy is probably looking to get fired. Afterwhich he’ll sue for civil rights discrimination based on grounds of religion and creed. He may not win, but he’ll certainly force HD to mount a costly legal defense. One that will be pretty public so will also cost them customers.

Bullshyte. If homos and atheists can complain that Christians in the workplace make it a hostile work environment, then Christians can certainly claim the same thing about promotion of deviancy.

What business is it of Home Depot's what sexual activities its employees engage in? And why choose to promote one set of (largely abhorrent) practices over another? Why tolerate perversion but not normalcy?

This employee has every right to complain and, if something is not done, to seek a remedy in civil court.

WRONG.....It’s not the workers’ job to change his mind. WE could easily help him out by change ALL our purchase needs to Lowes, Ace, local hardware stores or Habitat Restores by going out of our ways a little. When hitting the “pocketbook” always works!!!

You are wrong as can be DoodleDawg. If the employer was physically beating an employee would you say “just quit”?

When the employer promotes evil,it is right to point it out and protest.

“The boss is always right is a stupid slogan “promoted by petty tyrants and cynical people who have been wronged by a boss.

Slinking away never won any battle. And this IS a battle for America’s soul.Satan is waging war by proxy ,using the economic power of corporations to force acceptance of evil.

Why should he shut up about it? That is a BS response. He does a good job of highlighting that Home Depot is run by leftists scumbags.

Shutting up about it is why this country is in such a mess. Quitting isn’t much of an option when so many other employers have become pervert accomodaters. Good for him for standing up to these PC bullies.
