In an open letter to his employer, Home Depot employee Timothy Noffsinger, expressed loud and clear how he feels about the companys promotion of homosexual behavior.
Besides going against his deeply held religious convictions, Noffsinger, a member of Denver Bible Church, expressed in his letter how its aggressive endorsement of homosexuality in the workplace is detrimental to productivity.
"What would happen if Craig Menear, Chairman and CEO of The Home Depot (THD), were to appear at the next board meeting in lipstick and a wig wearing a skirt and pantyhose? Noffsinger asked. In the midst of such absurdity, could the Board of Directors function as though there were nothing wrong and work effectively?
Noffsinger goes on to answer his own question, demonstrating how disruptive Home Depots pro-homosexual environment has been not only to its employees, but to its customers, as well.
I doubt it That same kind of discord would take hostage any workplace, Noffsinger contends. Certainly, it harms the professional image of the North Lakewood Home Depot store where I work."
Noffsinger points out in his letter that employees have a particularly difficult time every summer when theyre forced to observe and promote LGBT month.
"The Home Depot presentation seeks to redefine morality, and therefore effectively defines religion for THD employees, Noffsinger asserts.
The Home Depot worker argues that the company demands its employees to deny their Christian beliefs and pledge allegiance to its new LGBT-friendly belief system.
It is self-evident that what LGBT people practice and promote is perverse, Noffsinger proclaims. It is denying God's order of creation, working against nature and human success."
Corporate values trump all
Regardless of the values and religious beliefs held by Home Depot employees and customers, the corporate team at the nations largest home improvement chain has zero tolerance for those who dont agree with its worldview when it comes to homosexuality.
Radio talk show host and author Bob Enyart, the senior pastor of Denver Bible Church, also contributed to the open letter addressed to Home Depot.
"In the godless worldview of Home Depot, they withhold treating some employees with their claimed corporate values, explains Enyartn who leads his congregation at in Arvada, Colo. To this home improvement retailer, diversity, respect, and tolerance do not apply to Bible-believing Christian employees.
According to the outspoken pro-life and pro-family advocated, Enyart, inclusion and equality is far from Home Depots policy for those who adhere to moral absolutes, as outlined in the Bible, that is.
Timothy is right that THD is 'preaching religion to its employees' and that 'Christians are ostracized by LGBT promotion,'" Enyart added in the letter.
Neffsinger sees himself as a defender of his faith by standing up to the political correctness and homosexual activism at Home Depot that has rendered all who arent in agreement with it as essentially wrong and bigoted.
"As a Christian, it is my God-given duty and pleasure to fight against evil by speaking the truth, Neffsinger asserted. And as far as Federal Law protects me as a citizen to be a Christian and live accordingly, I expect THD to honor that.
Neffsinger says that Home Depots pro-LGBT policy is far from promoting equality and love as it purports.
[T]o have one's employer promote this evil discriminates against Christian[s] and all well-meaning employees."

Any one have info on Lowes?
You're a little late to the party. Homo Depot "came out" many years ago for open, unapologetic sodomy.
The HRC (Homo Reich Crusade) rates Homo Depot at 90 out of 100. Lowe's ranks 30. The basis for this lower rating for Lowe's is:
Non-discrimination policy includes sexual orientation + 15
Non-discrimination policy includes gender identity and/or expression + 15
Keep in mind that in large multi-state corporations, policies like this are MANDATED in certain states in order to do business, so these companies just make them a rule across the board for consistency sake.
For a conservative take:
2nd Vote rates companies on a variety of issues beside homo-activism. On a scale of 1 being extremely liberal, and 5 being perfectly conservative, Home Depot rates 1.8 on a composite scale: 2nd Amendment Rights - 2, Environment - 3 (neutral), Marriage - 1 (very Leftist), Pro-life - 1 (donations to pro-abortion Girls Inc)
Lowe's didn't score much better, but that's mostly due to the pro-life component: 2.5 Composite score: 2nd Amendment Rights - 3 (neutral), Environment - 2, Marriage - 3 (neutral), Pro-life - 2 (donated to United Way, which supports PP.)
Ace Hardware is a much more conservative choice than either of these two big boxes. And most are locally owned, which is another plus.
Bullshyte. If homos and atheists can complain that Christians in the workplace make it a hostile work environment, then Christians can certainly claim the same thing about promotion of deviancy.
What business is it of Home Depot's what sexual activities its employees engage in? And why choose to promote one set of (largely abhorrent) practices over another? Why tolerate perversion but not normalcy?
This employee has every right to complain and, if something is not done, to seek a remedy in civil court.
WRONG.....It’s not the workers’ job to change his mind. WE could easily help him out by change ALL our purchase needs to Lowes, Ace, local hardware stores or Habitat Restores by going out of our ways a little. When hitting the “pocketbook” always works!!!
That's about the only thing that woould make a difference to the corporate powers that be. Personally I go to Ace or Nuts and Bolts when I need anything. Home Depot and Lowes are too far away.
NFL in Arizona, I saw the face of cut RAM faggot, Sam, trying out, while Tebow who privately tried improve his throwing skills was AWOL, not “invited”(???), hmmm!!!
Surely that's typical for any Fortune 500 government contractor. (If you want do to business with almighty Uncle Sam, you play by his rules.)
But, regarding THD, this particularly caught my eye:
Thankfully, the sickening diversity push hasn't reached that level here, yet.
Thanks for the ping. Although it's typically my local supplier of last resort (after Menard's and Lowe's), I'll go out of my way to avoid The H0m0 Depot from now on.
Perhaps Home Depot could just post a sign on its doors stating that it welcomes mentally ill job applicants. After all, people who make bad decisions make the best employees.
Yep, support my local Ace Hardware as much as possible. They're even closed on Sundays. I appreciate their observation of the sabbath, but it seems Sunday afternoon is when all our home repair emergencies happen. ;)
I love hardware stores. They have everything.
I have worked for THD in the past, including full-time for a couple of years. We had some gay associates but there was never any “month” reserved for them nor did I ever recall any mention of gays except maybe they were included in the HR Guidelines under the EEOC guidelines, who knows, I never paid attention to that crap any way. Just initial the page and move on....
THD’s biggest problem is that they suck when it comes to compensating employees. Worked my @$$ off in the garden center, sweat and blood, and actually had a blast doing it. But after a year, I was congratulated and told I was one of the best employees they have had and was such a delight to work with, blah, blah, blah... and promptly awarded with a patch and a .25 cent hourly increase and told not to complain because most people didn’t even get that much.
But then again, it’s not rocket science and employees are pretty easy to come by these days. But then again, again, I knew all that going in AAAND.... in the garden center, there is no shortage of single women coming in looking for help with their gardens. Like I said, I had a blast!... :-)
There is an Ace within my mom’s older neighborhood, in an island of stores enscounced in the sea of residence plots that were commonplace in the 50’s and 60’s - you can just walk to get anything you need. There is a grocery store, a barber shop, a bank branch and a veterinarian as well. Good memories of a saner age.
They don't have hammer handles any more (at least all the ones I've checked). Had the clerk at the tool section of the local Lowes tell me that the quit carrying them because of legal liability issues. Now you're supposed to just buy a new hammer.
You are wrong as can be DoodleDawg. If the employer was physically beating an employee would you say “just quit”?
When the employer promotes evil,it is right to point it out and protest.
“The boss is always right is a stupid slogan “promoted by petty tyrants and cynical people who have been wronged by a boss.
Slinking away never won any battle. And this IS a battle for America’s soul.Satan is waging war by proxy ,using the economic power of corporations to force acceptance of evil.
Yes, those in drag are only at an engineering level, not VP level. "YOU ARE A VP?!"
Thanks for the ping. Although it's typically my local supplier of last resort (after Menard's and Lowe's), I'll go out of my way to avoid The H0m0 Depot from now on.
Me too.
Don’t diminish the effects of these policies: Here is what earned The Home Depot a score of 90 on the HRC’s shopping guide:
Policy Description
Rating
Non-discrimination policy includes sexual orientation + 15
Non-discrimination policy includes gender identity and/or expression + 15
Company-provided domestic partner health insurance (including parity in spousal and partner COBRA, dental, vision and domestic partners legal dependent coverage)+ 15
Parity in spousal/partner soft benefits (bereavement leave; supplemental life insurance; relocation assistance; adoption assistance; joint/survivor annuity; pre-retirement survivor annuity; retiree healthcare benefits; employee discounts)+ 10
Offers equal health coverage for transgender individuals without exclusion for medically necessary care 0
Organizational LGBT cultural competency (diversity trainings, resources or accountability measures) + 10
Company-supported LGBT employee resource group or firm-wide diversity council that includes LGBT issues, OR would support a LGBT employee resource group with company resources if employees expressed an interest + 10
Engages in appropriate and respectful advertising and marketing or sponsors LGBT community events, organizations, or legislative efforts + 15
Engages in action that would undermine the goal of LGBT equality 0
Final Rating 90
The “Organizational LGBT cultural competency” is especially pernicious because this DOES force others to advocate unwillingly in this debased culture in order to work in the organization.
If you work for or support a company like this, THIS is what you are subsidizing.
I don’t like buying them online. Seems like they don’t pay any attention to which direction the grain is running when they make them. You have to pick through them to find the ones that have the grain running right.
HD full of poofters, even in Iowa. Refuse to shop there.
I’m sorry I couldn’t help, but I hear you.
No problem :).
