The scheduling of the hearing was part of a court order that granted a request by the Justice Department to expedite its appeal of Hanen's Feb. 16 ruling. THIS ^^ is what Mark Levin was NOT happy about.

Congress should have been in court the day after Obama did DACA usurping their authority for his own.
Emboldened by their weakness, he has further usurped Congress and still they lay supine. The states are all that’s left to fight Emperor Sans-cullotte.

They pretty much have to hear the appeal quickly.
Given the complexity of the issues I can’t see them lifting the injunction.

Love Mark and I am no lawyer...but the fact that they took it immediately sounded bad to me.
The law no longer matters, it`s how freakin immoral the judges are.
The people that have voted Democrat/liberal since 1960 are responsible for all the modern day evils, abortion, gay marriage and every anti Christian position out there.
