I’m sure he is for nullification by the states. He also knows this: the best way to get rid of a bad law is to fully enforce it. And he knows he’s going to get credibility on this issue by doing this.

He’s not getting Obama Care for health insurance, he’s getting it for issue insurance.

OK but where does that leave the rest of us who loathe and despise Obamacare and have absolutely no intention of acquiescing to it, IRS penalties notwithstanding?

Where does that leave the effort for states to reject and nullify Obmamcare and other unconstitutional federal acts?

It’s hard to imagine acquiescing to Obamacare and then denouncing those (in Congress, but by extension everyone else) who haven’t helps the cause of rejecting and nullifying unconstitutional and invalid federal laws.
