An Iranian official on Tuesday rebuked the chief of the UN atomic agency for demanding snap inspections of Irans nuclear sites, saying the request hindered efforts to reach an agreement with world powers, state TV reported.
Earlier this month Yukiya Amano, the head of the UNs International Atomic Energy Agency, said Tehran should agree to snap inspections to reassure the international community.
Irans nuclear spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi said Amanos comments harm the delicate negotiations. It would be much better if Amano only talked about the IAEAs seasonal and monthly reports, he said, according to state TV.
Last June, Kamalvandi said Iran may accept snap inspections as part of a final nuclear agreement.
Among the unresolved issues meant to be part of an agreement is a ruling by the atomic agency on whether Iran worked on nuclear arms in the past.
Tehran denies that, but the agency says it has information suggesting otherwise. It has remained essentially stalemated for a decade, however, in attempts to follow up on its suspicions.

Looks like Operation Eagle Resolve had very little effect.
obammy and kerry, two pathetic babosos who both hate America.
The Persians are playing negotiators like a cheap fiddle, all the while yukkin it up behind closed doors.
Someday soon, Iran will announce they’ve obtained a nuclear weapon(s) and the ability to deliver.
Kerry and those folks are about as naïve as a bunch of toddlers on the playground. Scary stuff y’all.
Snap inspections? That’s unfair! Then the Iranians wouldn’t have time to hide the evidence that they have been cheating on the agreement!
Surely Obama will make sure that doesn’t happen.
Interesting point. Wondering if Iran will play out the same way as Iraq — sanctions, UN resolutions, more sanctions, cat and mouse game, shooting rockets at our fighters, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, UN resolution, and so on a total of 17 times.
I am betting that Iran won’t even let us get that far before they tell us go pound sand.
The announcement will come in the form of waking up and finding that D.C. is now a steaming pile of radioactive waste. (Today it's just a steaming pile).

Well, the bright side is we can establish the Capital down in the south....oh, lets say....Richmond.
Suit me just fine.
Mental Midget Kerry will make more loopholes for Iran
“saying the request hindered efforts to reach an agreement with world powers,”
Note that it’s a request, not a sin qua non demand, as it should be, and to them it’s a deal breaker, not to the US. How blatantly stupid/duplicitous can any American administration be.
