Good Plan. Water desalination plants can be used to pump the “rising sea levels”. This might seem like a market solution unless Al Gore proposes this solution in a movie or book. I suffered through a program on the history channel some years ago. The solution in this program was to build a wall to keep the water out. The on the history channel program solution seemed unlikely.
