A similar product is Advanced System Care by IOBit.

I have used it on a number of computers over the years with great results. The free version is really all you need.

I’m currently running it on machines using W7, W8.1, and XP SP2.

BTW, I am not affiliated with IOBit in any way. I just like their product.

Spybot Search & Destroy
Super Antispyware
Avira Antivirus

All of these are free.
