Sen. Ted Cruz no doubt wanted everything to be just right for his official presidential roll-out today at Liberty University in Virginia.
He even went to the trouble of practicing everything from his wave to a kiss with his wife on Sunday.
Enter a group of Rand Paul supporters.
Several students wearing Stand With Rand shirts made their way into seats directly behind Cruz on stage this morning. The students' shirts were blurry yet visible in many of the shots during Cruzs speech....

QQ.
1. I am a savant.
2. I grew up with Johnny Carson.
3. I just know these things.
4. FYI, I said nothing about Hillary Clinton and Wall Street.
I lived in Iowa at the time.
For me my take is that Cruz’s wife can have her own occupation to enjoy and support the family. Her work is more of a family affair than a public affair. I have been out front in many comments about knowing how to view Mrs. Cruz in the contexts of her employment and her husband’s political life. It is good that both can work for the betterment for ordinary people in the US.
You brought up Wall Street and so I replied with some of the murmurings on "the street".
“Well, if I had a wife, I’d be a lesbian. So, that’d really shake the paradigm up. (: “
Ha! Ok. :)
Good for you !
Unlike Hillary and the MOOOOOOOOOOOOCH, Mrs. Cruz hasn’t used her husband to get jobs, nor does she appear to have done anything felonious.
Just like you, don't you know.
Good grief. Are you looking for a rumble? My post speaks for itself. Read it, parse it and weep somewhere else.
You decided to be “cute” now you’re complaining.
I’m hardly the one “weeping”.
I am not accusing her of being a leftist.
I am concerned Cruz *could* be controlled opposition. Ms. Cruz seems to very much be a globalist insider the likes of Condi Rice. In fact, I believe she was an advisor to Condoleeza Rice.
To some, conservatives, this is all well and good.
To me, it's more of the same. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. Different label, same destination.
Lovely picture of you.
Thank you.
Banned? About time.
No need to be snarky, sir. I am simply uncomfortable with the Bush family. I like what I’ve heard and seen from Ted Kruz and support him. (Unfortunately, I can’t do so financially due to medical expenses.).
He/She/It wuz played with for a little while.
Ted CRUZ, not Kruz, moron. <-——saying to myself
I wasn’t being “snarky” I was being real. Do you realize how bad off we’d be if Mr. Obama had been preceded by eight years of Al Gore? Ted Cruz stopped that from happening. Say what you will of Dubya, he ain’t Al Gore!
