Looks like Ted and crew are going to announce via social media ahead of the speech tomorrow at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. The covocation is typically at 10:00 AM but there is very little information on the Liberty Univ. website.

If mom & dad are Cuban, then he could have had dual citizenship. They did not opt to do Cuban citizenship.
