I saw this video. When I saw that little boy try to protect his big sister and that bitch attacked him..... Thank God I wasn’t there, I would have been arrested for murder.
In some states, the use of force, even lethal force is permitted to intervene on behalf of a third party who is incapable of defending themselves or who is in immediate danger of severe bodily harm or death.
In those States, I doubt the charge would have been Murder.
