It is a voluntary court, with no power to compel attendance or compliance.

It is no different than a moot court or civil mediation.

“It is a voluntary court, with no power to compel attendance or compliance.”

The muslime death cult is where women have no power, no freedom, no rights, they are subjugated and oppressed. When a woman is raised in that environment or embraces it, she effectively is powerless to refuse to follow its edicts. She is unable to freely decide to abide or not abide by that court. Therefore, sharia courts do have power to compel attendance and compliance.
