It is the camel's nose under the tent. . .besides, the ‘court’ is not voluntary when women have no rights nor equal standing. . .this should appall all of us and we should not allow such abuse. Post 152 for my complete thought on this.

Exactly. Also income tax is supposed to be voluntary too. This is a camels nose under a tent. Just look where this was tried in the uk.
