The Federal government itself, in it’s entirety no longer has any legitimate Constitutional authority.

If more Americans accepted that fact and ignored the tyranny - the power it now wields over our very right to faith, speech and defense would not exist.

Of course defying tyranny and tyrants will come at a significant cost that few appear willing to risk in this generation.

Sad fact, but there it is.

The Federal courts have already rendered the Federal government illegitimate. Inherent in the Constitution is the principle that power flows from the states and the people to the Federal government. I and many other people voted for defining marriage as 1 man and 1 woman in NC. This was done by a referendum amending the state constitution- put to a vote of the people. This was not an act of a state legislature, which acts have long been subject to the federal courts and under the thumb of the federal military, but an act by the people. If the courts refuse to respect that process, then the social contract is in fact broken.
