if they are reading your suggestion, i’m sure someone in this administration will be looking into this soon. i’m waiting for our government to start recording of weight of its citizens as part of the census; so, that they can start assessing a tax on an individual’s estimated annual CO2 and methane emissions based on BMI.
The govt could start measuring mass throughput along with CO2 output.
