You are free to set your watch and all your clocks to what ever time you wish and you will not be charged with a crime.

This, when everyone else’s clock reads 3:17 p.m., your watch can read 7:39 a.m. and the Feds will not kick in your door.

Doesn't matter. The government doesn't need to change it twice a year. It is a hassle. And a progressive idea.

Evening sunlight doesn't require a twice a year change.

Government needs to butt out.

Unless one is a statist that loves the government constant meddling.
