Nope. You are following false logic. Time zones need to be set ONCE and left alone.

They don't need to be jacked with twice a year.

Time zones are an important part of life, not just modern life, and the recent jacking with time twice a year is a relatively recent and progressive idea.

It ain't about the time zones, it's about the twice a year nanny government meddling does.

I just can’t get excited about this. Take it or leave it. It’s certainly not needed in the tropics, where I live, and we don’t have it.

I liked it when I lived in northern latitudes. Could I have done without it, sure. But folks getting their knickers in a twist over it disturbs me. It’s just not worth the anguish.

The bottom line is that it’s not the government that is at the root of this issue, it’s spherical geometry. I would agree this far; it’s not federal issue. This is a state and county issue. And it’s not one right up there at the top of my issues list.
