Azzholes. How stupid do you have to be to not realise that if many of the victims of these ferals had been armed, they would probably still be alive, not brain-damaged, etc?

Ah, maybe not necessarily so, if the perpetrators have a plan of surprising a victim. It is not hard to get a CCDW license in PA, but just being armed will not save you, if you are in the wrong place, at the wrong time, lack the will and skill to speedily deploy your weapon, and if necessary kill with it.
