Thank you. People need to understand there is NO closure. Not even if you can manage to eke out a good portion of a sentence through fighting parole hearings, they consume all your energy. In the case of the DP even more. Because you have a lot of court time and trips to the state capitol yearly until they finally die of old age.
Because that will happen before Nikki receives the justice handed down to her rapist/killer. Her mom is one of my best friends, her boys played with mine.
