The U.S. Congress has NO jurisdiction over the states!

If McConnell is encouraging state legislators to fight Obama at their state level, than good on him.

You know full well Congress has powers, such as spending, holding back nominations, etc.

Yet you avoid acknowledging those powers that congress have...but chose not to use.
