My wife is crippled by arthritis, whenever I see a low life park in the HC space, I wait until they walk away then just slip my Kershaw blade into their front tire. I always check for an HC plate, placard or sticker, if they don't have it they can either pay somebody to change their tire or do it themselves. Yeah I know, I'm an A$$HOLE,f#ck'em.
