“What’s an “African-American?” Many of these people don’t have any connection to the natives of Africa. Hell, many don’t know the FIRST THING about Africa. Would a white South African coming to America be known as an “African-American” too?”
It’s what I put on my application and resubmit after I am turned down for a position with that company.
More than once I have gone in for an interview and the HR person looks oddly at me. I know what she is thinking and she cannot ask it. Funniest thing to do.
