IIRC, I thought the exterior of the Mangum home was not really a house, but a large boathouse.
The interiors were shot in a studio.
Ergo, maybe the property was bought (it was fenced off and rather run down, in a Youtube of it recently.
There was a photo of it on a thread from yesterday. I don’t believe it’s for the Obamas. It’s not swanky enough. In fact it looks old and run down. Doesn’t even have a pool.
