Off the radar screen if you will, the “urban dictionary” might have a less than family friendly meaning, google it if the spirit moves you....

Anything that is not meant to be known outside of a particular circle or group

The first time I heard the phrase was on a Law and Order show that Ice T or Ice Burgh or Ice cube or something, explained it as a group of married black guys that got together to 'play cards' but also engaged in homosexual activity
