Glenn Beck: 'I'm out of the Republican Party — I am not a Republican'

Glenn Beck says he is no longer a member of the Republican Party.

“I’ve made my decision — I’m out," Beck said on his radio show Wednesday, according to Mediaite.com. "I’m out of the Republican Party. I am not a Republican; I will not give a dime to the Republican Party. I’m out.”

The former Fox News host and founder of the Blaze supported the GOP during the last election cycle but has become disillusioned with the party in recent years over what he believes was its failure to stand up to the Obama administration — specifically, the Affordable Care Act and immigration reform.

“Four years ago I was with them," Beck said. "Four years ago I said, ‘Work from the inside, let’s change it, let’s get new guys in there.’"

But those efforts have proved futile, he said.

I don't know the policy on Jones. I haven't noticed them getting deleted specifically. It's neither here nor there to me because Jones is not a key source of info for me.

When I post information, claims, etc., regarding the financial elites of this world, frequently I get sarcastic responses hinting that I get my info from Jones' website, but I've never posted anything from that website, other than perhaps a couple mistaken posts a couple years ago when I was first exploring new world order, trying to separate the wheat from the chaff as far as true information goes.

Though occasionally his site comes up in search results and I may skim an article here or there, it happens so infrequently that it's safe to say that I basically don't use the site.

His site is just not part of the research that I do. There are a few other popular sites that go on about new world order that I basically never look at, for the same reason: they include alien, etc., claims, thus it's usually too cumbersome to separate out the few true points their articles make from all the fluff.

In gaining my limited understanding of new world order I've used mostly old news articles, books, info on the web like blogs/websites that comes from individuals posting firsthand or secondhand accounts they are aware of regarding small pieces of the overall structure. To confirm historical facts which tested some of my hypotheses I've had along the way, I searched for and found some historical documents like company records, correspondence, etc. The real wacky one was a Herbert Hoover telegram regarding the Belgian Relief Commission's pleadings for "boot material for the children of Belgium". To the unaware, it sounds innocuous enough, but of course with just a bit of simple logic applied, the thing proves that the Commission was a complete farce and Hoover was a Rothschild operative and that WWI was artificially prolonged on a grand scale. But many people can't see the simple logic because they think of war in more in a Hollywood sense than anything even vaguely resembling the reality of military logistics.

I've never taken any piece of information for fact, just kept it in mind as I analyzed the whole pile of info: the people and organizations involved and the relationships between them.

A few people have let me know that they review my posts from time to time, which tells me that there are undoubtedly lurkers following as well.

I do not get much time to research nowadays. I do try to occasionally relate current topics to nwo, where the relationship is strong and where posters seem to be oblivious to reality, that is, they are all caught up in politics and don't appear to realize that it is, at the highest level, pretty much a front for those who are really calling the shots. As long as the public thinks politicians are their true rulers, public anger will end with the politician and not extend beyond that to the power figures that are politically behind the scenes, even though they are in plain sight.

The key is raising billions in dollars. Electronic media and the existing politicians must be purchased plus other things that average folks do not know about. Then the leaders must be raised and boy I don’t see many. Good post though. Thanks.

I’ve also never been a fan of Glenn Beck.

As far as I'm concerned, the Republican Party since Reagan has offered nothing except the pretense, sometimes justified, sometimes less so, of being the lesser evil. I'll hold my nose and vote for Republican candidates most of the time, but that doesn't mean that I have much use for them.

Similarly, I've always thought that Glenn Beck was something of a buffoon and a blowhard, even when I agreed with what he was saying.

Why do some people have the need to have their opinions validated by talking heads or public figures? Whether you vote/affiliate Republican or not should depend on what you think, not to Mark Levin or Sarah Palin say.

There was no need for trisham to give an argument for her reasons. She has a right to be a fan, or not.

Yes, Jones is a non-person despite the fact that he has an excellent reporter (Paul Joseph Watson) from who Drudge routinely picks up his headline stories.

We are supposed to ONLY get "news" from controlled media (Fox News, etc). Just as we are supposed to believe Obama is incompetent and this is just a "bad administration". Oh, and that Republicans are cowards.

Of course, no website has exclusively 100% perfect news content.

On the other hand, one can find factual information on all sorts of websites.

It’s a matter of seperating the wheat from the chaff, which is no easy task, but something “enquiring minds” don’t mind doing.

There is much more evil going on behind the scenes than people can generally “deal with”, let alone understand or accept.

And the facts are typically buried in many layers of deception or confusion, with either no analysis or flawed analysis.

Very often the “out there” websites lead on investigative reporting. When they break stories, a little web searching usually reveals that at some point “acceptable” websites pick up the story. This is the pattern I find when searching, so that’s why I can’t say I never go on Jones websites - they turn up in my search results. People sometimes try to accuse me of essentially relying solely on those sites for information, but that’s not the case. In fact, a whole bunch of non-mainstream sites come up in my searches, along with a lot of mainstream sites, because of the types of things I search for.

Not succinctly, because it is a very large, complex topic.

An understanding of new world order is required in order to understand any top American political figure.

And new world order is a very broad and complex set of topics.

There are mountains of disinformation.

Source documents here and there are key to doing simple, logical analysis, which requires a general knowledge of new world order.

An example of a damning source document is the Herbert Hoover "boot material for the Belgian people to make boots for the children" telegram. However, understanding the telegram's significance requires solid fundamental common sense analytical skill and an understanding of new world order in general.

Absolutely agree. And, I get, that Jones isn't for everyone. His style is pretty bombastic.

However, if I am sitting here working, I will turn it on and listen. I have no stomach for the approved mainstream talk radio of "Republicans: good, Democrats: bad"

I think Jones was reporting 4-5 years ago (maybe longer) that your appliances and household items would be "listening devices". I have to admit, even I thought it was crazy, far fetched.

Today, it's pretty much common knowledge, even in the semi-mainstream. Yeah, sure, the people who are suffering from cognitive dissonance will still laugh it off but it is pretty well established. Also, though, like you say they are masters of trickery so they mix truth with fiction and use ridicule to create doubt. The average person, busy with work, worried about the mortgage payment, etc. hears bits and pieces of the stories and doesn't really digest it.

Additionally, Jones has some excellent guests. Yesterday he had the NSA whistleblower William Bennie on.
