I’m not Israeli and have no dog in this fight. It’s their election. That said...

“Judge Salim Joubran, chairman of the Central Elections Committee has decided to ban Prime Minister Netanyahu’s recorded message from radio and television broadcast, since it was of a propagandist nature.”

Isn’t that kinda the whole point of an election speech? This sounds bizarre. I wonder if there is more to this than I am grasping.

You best have a dog in this fight, Imam Obama sure does in his campaign cronies have been working against Bibi for months.

And today, their busing in Arabs to vote just like busing Democrats to vote in Chicago.

Well ... YES ... that’s exactly right, and thus why he made the decision to ban it (at least if I understand that law right).

What you’re saying is exactly right ... it IS an ELECTION SPEECH, and since those are banned on Election Day, he banned it.

Now the point is ... the “PRIME MINISTER” can call for a press conference on Election Day for “state business” or other important state matters and that would be legitimate to do.

SO ... exactly like you said ... if it’s PROPAGANDA and not simply “state business” ... it was banned.

You HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD ... :-) ...
